In honor of National Co-op Month, CEO Chris Reese begins this issue by discussing Sussex Rural Electric Cooperative's role in the community and why we do what we do. Over 80 years ago, we were founded by the community, for the community, and Sussex Rural Electric Cooperative's employees have dedicated themselves to meeting the needs of our neighbors by providing the highest quality of service at the lowest possible price.
In our third-page story, we look over the results of our recent Member Satisfaction survey. This includes some data on the majority of our members' preferences on what's most important to them about the Co-op, preferred method to pay their bill, and how they're most likely to contact our office. We also touch on the ACSI score we were able to have calculated based on survey responses: 94%! We are very happy to have received such high praise from our members, and will continue to work hard to meet your standard.
